At Thaikila we are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction.
We accept returns for repair, or when there is a manufacturing flaw.
The item/s should be unused, in perfect condition –as received, and returned in original packaging.
We do not exchange or refund.

Manufacturing Flaws

In the event of any damage or defect caused by manufacturing, we will replace the item/s free of charge and inclusive of postage and handling.
Please kindly send us a defect report along with photos within 4 working days of reception.
If the item is not produced again, we will emit a credit note, which can be discounted from your next purchase.

Return for Repair

You will send us photos and explain the item/s problem.
We will check if it is repairable, and what is the cost for the repair.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to our offices and back for exchanged or returned item/s.

Sale

Sales items, ‘Best deals’, Discounted or Second choice items cannot be returned.  

Items on Sale/Best Deal

Purchase of the items on sale or Best Deal is FINAL.
